Our electrician, forgive me as I didn’t catch his name, was very professional as well. He was running behind schedule that day of our service but continued to stay in communication with us as his day progressed. We understand things come up and timelines can be skewed – the consistent follow up to keep us updated was greatly appreciated as we had other commitments that day. Once he arrived, he was very quick.
