We didn’t realize how unclean our water was until after the system was installed. When doing laundry I’ve had to make a sign to remind myself to use COLD water so it goes thru the system. Taking showers is a new experience with such soft, silky water. We recommend it to anyone who mentions their water. Also appreciate the all natural cleaning products that you provide! Thank you 😊
