My newly installed EC5 was back flowing and killing my grass while making the ground around the house muddy and wet. Eric came by today and after some serious thought came up with a brilliant idea...make a French drain and put the backfklow pipe deeper into the ground which he did. However , this service tech went far and beyond his call of duty today. He not only solved our problem but he bought sod and added sod around the tanks giving it a pristine look. I have never seem such a dedicated and committed service department always aiming to please the customer. I tell everyone if you want good health, good skin, and outrageously delicious showers get an EC5 with the chlorine remover tank. Best investment, best company to do business with.
