A fine young man gave me a presentation on the benefits of this water system. Unfortunately, I already had a system from another company (Halo). The way this was presented to me at Home Depot was a free check on my water, not a sales pitch. I felt bad because I feel like I wasted the man’s time given I didn’t need another system.

I had an idea the water was hard and gross already from what I’d tasted and seen, but Bruce helped to make that fact clear and easy to understand. I hadn’t planned on buying anything and Bruce wasn’t pushy to sell like you’d expect, but with the pricing, program, and benefits, it was a no-brainer. He was really helpful, and great to work with!
